About Us

Christlike Community Center is a non-profit organisation that was registered in terms of the Non-Profit Act of 1997 (ACT 71 OF 1997) on the 13^th of October 2021, with its offices located at the above-mentioned physical address. We currently host 45 young South Africans from in and around Kaalfontein at our site. While it is true that this is no small task, there is measurable progress and success. Families are being reunited and society rebuilt, criminal activities are significantly reduced, and community safety is greatly enhanced.

Our vision

Our goal is to help our community fight the scourge of drugs and substance abuse by rehabilitating the young men and women who fell victim to drugs/ alcohol and need assistance in reclaiming their lives to become active members of society instead of them being part of the cause of our social ills.

Also to touch the hearts of the nations, imparting the knowledge of God’s purpose for mankind and making a positive contribution towards humanitarian activities. Working with government and private entities, the organisation strives for community development.

(Philippians 3: 10) To know Christ and share in His suffering so that we may share in His resurrection as well. By developing a healthy balance between the human soul, body, mind, and spirit, an individual is well equipped to serve God and the nation.

Therefore, we continue to seek funding from other organizations in order to increase our capacity to help us address the challenge of keeping our beneficiaries well fed while they stay at our facility. Our current efforts of monthly contributions are limiting the number of young people that we can take in and save; many are having to be turned back due to a lack of sufficient amount of food stuff to cater for more intake.
